Winslide is an ASCA Registered Kennel and an ASCA DNA Certified Kennel. At Winslide, we have working-bred Australian Shepherds and a wonderful training facility where we can give lessons and clinics.

We live in Fredericksburg, Texas, right in the heart of the Texas Hill Country.  Our working facilities are specifically designed for stockdog training. We are dedicated to preserving the working instincts in the Australian Shepherd, and helping others develop those instincts in their dogs and improve their handling skills.

Our dogs meet the highest standards of breeding, temperament, and behavior — dogs with natural herding ability/instinct, intelligence, and the desire to work stock.  Our Aussies are versatile, and in addition to competing in ASCA, AHBA, AKC and Border Collie arena trials, we have also competed in obedience, rally, and agility events in the past.
